May Open Weekend
May 17th and 18th
Following on the heels of our very successful Easter Open Weekend, when we welcomed almost 1000 visitors through our doors, comes our second event of the year, the May Open Weekend. This year the event is scheduled for Saturday May 17th and Sunday May 18th.
In addition to our normal attractions, the Gas Engine, the Smithy, the Boilers and Beam Engine and, of course, the Cottage Tea Room, this year, for the first time, we are holding a Teddy Bears Picnic for our younger guests. All for a total price of £10, a child will receive a picnic pack of a sandwich, crisps, cookie and a drink. This also includes a ride on one of our miniature trains and a number of games to participate in. To pre-book a ticket for this event please call 07493 173123 in advance.
With some sunny weather and the chance to sit in our beautiful gardens we are hoping that this event will be a great success.
